I think that is much easy for common people change to linux world if you give to theme the minor changes in his computer, if you can do the same workflow in windows but in linux, I think much people use it... (like assistents in open suse)

And, I think that in linux you can customize it in all features and, if you can, why not ? - Jan 09 2006
