Would be nice if the next version of kchmviewer could handle multiple command line arguments.

kchmviewer foo1.chm foo2.chm foo3.chm ......

with each opening in its own window.

Should be simple, i suppose. You seem to know what you're doing :-) - Aug 12 2005
Excellent work. Very snappy.

Few things:
1. kchmmainwindow.cpp is missing a "#include < unistd.h>" line - without this, the compilation fails on slackware 10.1 at line 328 at the fork() function.

2. It would be better to have kchmviewer as an SDI app, rather than popup a file dialog asking for a file on startup.

Keep up the good work :) I will be using this a lot henceforth. - Jun 29 2005

I think Konsole needs some basic touch-ups. When a particular tab among many has been selected, there is no conspicuous indication of which one has been chosen. Sure, the titlebar changes the title to say "Shell No. 8" or so, but if you look at the actual tabs themselves, there's _no_ indication whatsoever.

Very minor thing, but would be very useful if implemented.

Keep up the good work, guys. =) - Dec 09 2004

Corona is very nice and probably the best you've made. Unfortunately, the border width is too big and that's a big downside towards my using it.

SoftCrystal is a close second and is just great. Other than the fact that it has that "typical" look, it is really attractive.

Good work! :) - Dec 03 2004

Yes! I got this to work with Xchat. While Xchat doesn't accept a --name argument when launching, one could still make use of it successfully.

I setup a Window specific setting called xchatdd for Xchat, then launched Xchat as follows

"xchat --name xchatdd"

Ok, i know this isn't the best place to talk about Xchat, but that's for whoever's interested. =P

On the downside, Kate does have a --name arg, but it doesn't seem to work. If that functions, this should work with Kate (and i'll be in heaven ;) - Nov 29 2004
Anyone try this either with Kate or Xchat and get it to work? - Nov 21 2004

How about making a wallpaper with the closeup of a tree - a tree that bears Tux as fruit.

Add the caption "All natural!" underneath it and you have an irresistible linux wallpaper ;)
