Theme is excellent and almost perfect but there are some concerns that in some apps like terminal minimize,maximize,close buttons are too big.
and i wanted to ask that in your screenshot of nautilus if selected home the dark theme of home extends to the middle part but in mine it doesn't , i am running on 1920x1080 display btw. - Oct 07 2020

in KWins scripts disable and re-enable force-blur and restart. it will be just fine. and make sure you have kvantum manager with this theme configured. - Jul 04 2020
