To install this theme for KDE 3.x (I'm using 3.0.3) just do the following:

tar xvf 288-silver-decor.tar
cd silver-decor
su -
cp -af silver ${KDEDIR}/share/apps/kwin/icewm-themes
# or cp -af silver ~/.kde/share/apps/kwin/icewm-themes


Then load it up under IceWM themes in the Control Center. - Aug 26 2002
