I think the splash looks really cool however I'm curious what would happen if you chose a screen resolution other than one that is supported by your monitor. I have an Asus G50vt-x1 which i am happy with and is an amazing laptop, save for it's one quirk, the native 1366 X 768 max resolution screen. Any thoughts on what may happen? - Mar 19 2009
