I thought it looked kind of sluggish in the video. I am running on a P4 3.06ghz with hyperthreading, 1gb ddr RAM. My kooldock takes up most (90%) of my screen, and I can fly across it with the mouse, and it is really smooth.

The theme starts fine, but after I click the led to start seti, the led just flashes on and off.

I have follwed your directions, but cannot get seti to start. I copied the sh script to my /bin dir, I load the theme, but when I click to start seti, nothing. I can start seti from the console fine. Any ideas? - Mar 09 2004

I would love to use this, but I get an error. I edit seti_1.0.c and try to compile it, and I get :

mylib.o(.text+0x23): In function `ApriFile':
: the `gets' function is dangerous and should not be used.

Any ideas?

Thats what the XROLL and YROLL are for! Just add those values to "roll" the new icon in the position where you want it. With a little playing around, you can have almost the same look as the OSX bar. - Apr 18 2003

One more thing to try. In a console(as root) cd to /usr/bin. Do a chmod u+x rdf.pl
I didn't have to do that, but I have heard others say they need to do that. - Apr 08 2003

On all Karamba apps, you must double click if the theme is not locked. If it is locked, you need to only click once.
Hopefully this clears up some confusion I have heard about this.

I had the same problem at first. After you install Karamba, you have to move rdf.pl to /usr/bin. You also must have the perl module HTML::TokeParser for it to work. Same with the calendar. You have to move cal.pl to /usr/bin also. - Apr 08 2003
