KOrganizer Replacement icons

I'm using RH9 and having a hard time figuring out how to install these icons. The install tip here does not help to much. The control panel always complains that the tar or gzip file containing the icons is not a valid icon archive. Should I be extracting the icons into a specific directory? Thanks. - May 18 2004
