If QtCurve is installed, even when it is not used, whatever I set in gtk-chtheme, gtk apps just persistently use Sans.
If I remove QtCurve, fonts can be selected freely through gtk-chtheme. - Jan 23 2009
Usually If I change font settings in KDE4, qtcurve will also map it to GTK apps.
But I found that if KDE4 font's name contains non-latin characters, qtcurve cannot apply font settings to GTK and just use Sans instead.
