It's a wallpaper clock, it changes the background every minute, it doesn't support kde, but you can download it as a wallpaper too, see http://www.vladstudio.com/wallpaperclock/details.php?17

It's just a renamed zip file, extract it, and find the bg image :D - Jan 08 2008
