For some reason the site has reset the score on this. :/ - Jun 03 2016
This would be a GTK theme bug. I was attempting to create a dark & light GTK2 theme. I reverted that in the latest release. - May 28 2016

"Counterintuitive"? These problems arise only under Unity because it is a mess. Instead of using the symbolic icon method like GNOME has for ages it requires different themes for different panel colours –Ubuntu does this by default but their icons are preinstalled. The reason they are seperate is that the icons actually conflict on other environments.

The gtk icon cache error happens because the (again Unity) webapps use spaces in their names which isn't technically allowed, thus I pre-generate the cache and bundle it in to mitigate that.

The reason there are many icons themes is to abide by standards and make things neater. The only case for using all the icon themes is the Unity desktop. - Jan 09 2014
You'll need to install moka-icon-theme-extras. - Oct 30 2013
This isn't truly an error, it's simply a warning. It doesn't impact the theme's usability. - Oct 30 2013
