Here is a patch to have qtcurve build with the new KDE: http://codepad.org/qx6qdGNa
I just made necessary changes to have it compile, it still needs to be properly modified by the author. This is just a temporary fix to have something working. - Jun 10 2012
What you're reporting is ABI incompatibility,
But it looks like you cannot even build qtcurve with the new KDE. We need to wait for the new version of qtcurve (or some patches) for it to work at all with KDE >= 4.8.80. (And it will need to be rebuilt for the new KDE anyway). - Jun 09 2012

When I was using this theme I started experiencing problem with switching windows. Every 4-6 application switches with alt-tab, but also displaying yakuake window, the system would become unresponsive for 3-4 seconds.
Whenever this happens 'top' shows very high CPU usage by 'X' process - above 50%, and even up to 100% of the CPU.

Has anybody else experienced anything like that?

Could you point me to those bug entries? - Oct 07 2010
Hi.

I have installed yakuake from GIT (today's version), and it still doesn't work properly. Any other hints?

Hi.

I have a problem with shortcuts in yakuake. I want to disable Ctrl-Shift-- (which shrinks the font right now).
There is a setting for that in konsole's keyboard shortcuts, and I can disable it in konsole. However yakuake ignores this setting (yes, I restarted everything after the change, and after restart konsole works fine, yakuake doesn't) - I still have that shortcut working.
Is there a way to disable it?
(I use it for "undo" in joe, have been using it for years so it's really frustrating...)

I know how to use svn ;) I just didn't know you meant svn...

Anyway, the svn version works fine.

On sourceforge there is 0.3.4 as well... - Sep 22 2010
yawp 0.3.4 with a patch compiles fine in KDE 4.5. Unfortunately all temperatures it shows are 0. And no options for units in settings. Any suggestions? - Sep 21 2010

1. This is great tool! I like it way more than kvpnc.
2. Is there KDE4 version planned?
3. When I used kovpnsetup and used passwords for multiple managed interfaces it did not create *_pw.txt files. When I used 'touch something_pw.txt' before running kovpnsetup it worked fine.

Yes. At some point. Provided I find time for that (which is really difficult right now :/ ) - Jul 31 2008

It doesn't compile on x86_64 because of different size of int. Casting pointers to int works on 32bit, on 64 it doesn't.
Here is the patch to solve it:
