You really should add some description, like: "This effect makes new windows appear on screen as if they are being zoomed-in (i.e. they start small and then grow to their normal size). It currently works with all windows.", and a corresponding title, like "Cool growing window effect".

don't know if you are still working on this. I really like this decoration, I think it blends in well with the rest of the desktop theme. However, resizing does not seem to work with Plasma 5 - the cursor does not change to the respective resizing icons. This happens in at least two desktops I have running plasma 5.
If you could have a look and find the time to update it, I would be very happy!

Anyway, I downloaded your XML files and copied the one for freemeteo to a new one, only this time I changed the base URL to connect through a web proxy (Anonymouse) instead of connecting directly to the site. You need a proxy that does not keep session cookies in order to make this work. The plasmoid works fine with this workaround, I don't know for how long though. Yay!
I think it's not worth the trouble creating a new XML file just for the Greek version of freemeteo, especially since you don't have direct access to the Greek site. Maybe you could add a bit in the documentation reporting users of the problem. Otherwise, I could save an instance of the Greek site and send it to you to check out its structure.
Thanks again for all your help!

If I use gid=264371&station=5267&language=Greek&country=greece or portions of that the network plug goes away, but the data is obviously unreadable from the program, since I get no weather data.

Unfortunately, the site automatically redirects me to the Greek version and I can't seem to access the international version (with which the plasmoid probably still works). The Greek version gave URLs similar to the example you have in the plasmoid up until a week ago (when the plasmoid stopped working for me).
I would really appreciate your help in fixing this if it is easy (maybe tweak the plasmoid's settings or something), but if it's too much of a hassle, I'll just use another provider that works. Freemeteo was more reliable, that's all.
