We're just GTK, but I have put the word out for good talent there. Thanks a bunch! - 13 hours ago
Hah, now that's pitch-black! we do get pretty close to 0.0.0 on a couple of other rtl88-Themes. Thanks a bunch!! - 14 hours ago
Okay, @tsbarnes, here is the new version. We tested the older version, and it still works best for distros that use OS versions which are not as new as yours, Hence, we are leaving it up here, so, be careful to download the one that says (for 3.36-3.38). Thanks for using PUNK! - Oct 24 2020
That theme is has not been updated for a year - pretty much abandoned for lack of interest from the masses. Nevertheless, a tiny group of avid fans used to exists. @tsbarnes, I have been in the throes of my dissertation for several months, now, and it would be me vs another team member who would do the updating. Hence, if you give me a week or less, I will get you a new version up here.

Congrats!! I don't currently use archlinux; but I'll check with a team member or tester. If you can download and install the same working product as we offer on this site, via the AUR - your fine. I just updated the theme, here. Best of Luck! - Sep 23 2020

Cool!

It seems like on AUR packages that Dependencies could be:
1. Nocturnal (Nocturnal-git), 2. git (git-git) (make), 3. [to mention, if a user doesn't already have it installed] gtk2-engine-murrine.

I'm not an Arch guy (an openSUSE guy ) so double check - Sep 17 2020

Thanks for the rating and input! They already do have people over there who package up and maintain a few of our themes for their repos, such as Arc-Icons. This one is so new, still, but I cannot see a big prob having someone at Arch do that for users. Look into who handels that for your particular distro needs. Get back with me if you strike out. Arc-BLACKEST [supports GS 3.36]

Thank you! Please start using the "Arc-Black" channel. I will have "Blackest" over there now - and this page is going away. I'll have you covered over there from now on.

@ luctins, The folks I got with on this issue are blaming everything on the new "Pop Shell" which still requires GNOME shell 3.36 anyway. They say "Just heed the usual warnings and caveats about using early-access code." Though, IMO, I would use Linux Mint, openSUSE (Leap for stability or Tumbleweed for bleeding edge) or one of the other super clean distros. They might not be as fun, but I don't have time for the headaches associated with fun. Best of luck. - Sep 02 2020
Okay @manitu, we have you covered on most of those. rjungman will get with you via a direct message (DM) when they finish. - Aug 28 2020
These are issues with pop_os - since their upgrade to 20. You have to use the standard version of our theme to correct their issues. There was an exodus from pop_os to other OSs after their upgrade to 20. https://www.fosslinux.com/37190/pop_os-20-04-new-features-and-how-to-upgrade.htm - Aug 28 2020
Hi, @manitu, thanks!

For the icon request, please tell me which variant (Numix or Suru), and which flavor (hue/color). The team will go from there. I look forward to hearing back, so we can get on it. Take Care! - Aug 25 2020

@mertens-stijn-91

Thank you for all the input; I wanted to place that one back in testing to make sure there weren't any genuine issues. Everything looks normal, so, I believe we should be pushing an update before the end of the day (Tue the 18th).

We appreciate your loyalty!

That's a good endorsement of the team's exacting standards for accomplishing precisely what you say. Thank you! - Aug 13 2020
Hi blue2233, thanks! The answer is... probably; but you will have to tell me which variant (Numix or Suru), and which flavor (hue/color). The team will go from there. I look forward to hearing back, so we can get on it. Take Care! - Aug 11 2020
Thanks, that's important to know. - May 20 2020
I haven't had the testers run across that one, but sually, trying the other version helps with those sorts of issues. - May 20 2020
I will still have someone look at what your talking about, and see if I can reproduce the issue, before the next update. No one else has had this come up, that's all. - May 18 2020
The (non-3.36) version is built differently, and has a lighter panel text hard-coded in. Thus, that one wouldn't cause you that issue. BTW, we will lighten the 3.36 text next update. :) - May 11 2020
Thanks; just install the other version, that should do it. - May 11 2020
