After you downloaded it, open a Konsole and cd to the directory were the file stands.

type:

tar zxfv 10046-iconbar_trans.tar.gz

nohup karamba iconsbar.theme

Thanks for your suggestions, iam going to experiment.

The reason that i don't have previews in the tarball files is that the permit filesize to upload by KDE-Look is only 500KB.
