Has anyone else been running into this message when trying to run the control center module,

There was an error loading the module.
The diagnostics is:
KLibrary: /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/libkcm_musicman.so.0: undefined symbol: create_musicman

This is happening when using the suse 9.1 rpm, and when i compile it from source, and happens in mandrake cooker and slackware 10.... - Aug 06 2004

First off, I want to say that musicman is exactly what i've been looking for to deal with new music, and since i started using it i haven't had a single problem with it. i am however having trouble with kde and getting it to recognize id3v2 tags and I was wondering if anyone here might be able to point me in the right direction.

My trouble is that id3v2 tags don't display in konqueror, amarok, musicman, or basically anywhere that they should appear in kde, but they do show up in xmms. Id3v1 tags work fine.

I'm am running mandrake cooker and no one on the cooker mailing list seems that interested in this unfortunately. I'm beginning to think that maybe mandrake has not packaged everything that is compiled with kde 3.2, and i was wondering if anyone knew the name of the associated shared libraries so i can start looking at their rpm spec files. thanks for any help! - Apr 12 2004
