The mistake was downloading it with dolphins, installing it with de .deb works well.
Only have the error "attempt to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy `PDF' " when trying to convert to PDF, but solved following the post:

KDE neon 5.21 , with plasma 5.21.1 is giving me some errors, pdfnup not found when trying to repaginate or convert to brochure, it seems that texlive-extra-utils doesn't come with pdfnup no more.
Extracting images and text is not working, and don't show error message.
And the compressed PDF's outweigh the originals.
It works well rotating, ataching documents, croping, and converting to JPEG, etc, great job ! - Feb 27 2021
