This is not a big deal for me. When I added the Mint PPA I expected the Mint Menu might turn grey. The splash of green colour from the standard Mint Menu does not look bad. - Aug 04 2010

I'm using the mint PPA but wonder how I can know I've removed the old 03 version 0and have a clean .4 running? I ask this because I can see that I have a Elegant Gnome app in my menu now, so I know .4 is installed. The Mint Menu icon looks the same as it ever did. Is that right? It's still green, which is fine, but I kind of expected it to be Grey like the Ubuntu one I see in the screen shots.
I used the remove script from the 03 version before adding the PPA for 04.

I also want to add the the menu fade that compiz offers fits in very well with this theme. - Aug 03 2010

Firefox is looking better but there is still a needed tweak. After the 'fix' files were added, my Google homepage is displaying some text on the top of the page in non-roman characters. They look Cyrillic but I'm not sure what they are. It is the navigation text at the top of the page, ie. news, images, logout, etc.
While I'm here I'll add that a PPA for this would be great, so that we don't need to come here for the latest and greatest.
A boot screen would also be a nice touch.
Good work! - Jul 28 2010

I would make minor changes to make it clearer, however. The active browser tab needs to stand out a *lot* more. Maybe make it light grey with dark text and leave the others as they are.
I also don't like it when web pages' text boxes are black until I click in them. I've seen this on Facebook and some other sites.
Otherwise it's great work and as a new Linux user I really appreciate the script for the install. - Jul 24 2010
