Great retro stuff, well done! Thumbs up for this one! I remember those Acorn machines were so far ahead of their time, in 1987 the Archimedes looked like it came from another planet. - Aug 13 2010

Thanks for your comment! I still own my beloved A500 bought in 1987, and still running happily!
Thanks for the trick with index.theme, I had no idea you could put button order in there. Yeah, the font looks nice, but I have no clue about that messed up codepage stuff. I tried to fix the font with fontforge, but just produced even more messed up files. Really sorry, I have no time at the moment to work on these things any more, having to care for my little son... - May 05 2010

Well, that's because this is a gtk+ theme, not an icon set. As these 5 icons you see on the preview are all I have made so far, there's yet not much to make an icon theme from. That'll be the next on my to-do list. - Apr 09 2010

IMHO, there's no need to apologize. You already put up a version without a logo in the first place. To me, that was perfectly ok that way. It's just that mtax hates Ubuntu and pours his anger over everything remotely connected to it. - Apr 04 2010
I don't know why people keep voting this down. It's clean, simple and easy on the eyes. I like it. Some additional resolutions would be nice though.

Hm, it should work as any Gnome theme, by dropping the tar.gz in the theme tab of Appearance Preferences. Then click Customize and select iLeopard for Controls and Window Border, maybe also on the Colors Tab click 'Reset to defaults' to apply the theme's color setting.

The icons are puzzled together from too many different sources I can't remember, mostly from the Mac4Lin pack you can find here. - Feb 28 2010
Hi there,
Sorry I added that because I mostly use Nautilus in spatial mode, the menu shade and line look a bit better then, I think. To remove, go to the very bottom of the theme's gtkrc you'll find:

#Leo-like Menubar
widget_class "*Nautilus*MenuBar" style "leo-menubar"
widget_class "*Terminal*MenuBar" style "leo-menubar"

just delete these entries, done.
