You can do this yourself downloading a replacement logo in png format at http://archlinux.org/logos.php, resizing it to 48x48, then replacing the small-n.png file in the theme.

I've been waiting for this one.

I'm that big on the default icon for web pages (it's a bit nondescript and looks like a blank box) and the new tab and window buttons are a bit light, but hey it looks pretty sweet overall.
