I found that if change button_width and button_height values (19-20 lines in metacity-theme-1.xml) to 20 (instead of 22) than titlebars look more lighter.

I lightly changed XML file - http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/120741/Arc-GDM.xml.
Buttons now have "tooltips".

In general, I don't need "Suspend" button at all, cause I use Ubuntu on my desktop PC. I just like to learn something new.

Workaround for long localizations (especially "Suspend" button) - remove button's labels and make buttons a little lower and closer to each other.

It's just a workaround - not a wish to change theme.

"Exit" button appears when you have multiple users on an one computer and want to login to another user. It's just exit from GDM if you change your mind to login.

Here 2 examples:

About "GNOME-Colors OS": I'm not against it: just think it should be placed a little bit lower (in a horizontal center of "window tittle")

I found 3 problems:

1. There is no "Exit" button when you login to another user.
