when trying to run ./veromix.sh the terminal returns this:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "gtk/main.py", line 21, in <module>
import os, gettext, dbus, dbus.service
ImportError: No module named dbus
I also tried to install the debs (transformed to rpms with alien), and the command veromix returns this:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/veromix", line 21, in <module>
import os, gettext, dbus, dbus.service
ImportError: No module named dbus
It seems my system lacks python3-dbus, but it isn't in Fedora repositories (or anything with a similar name), and didn't find anything with google either. What's my option to run it? - Jun 10 2012

Here's a way to convert the icons. I haven't tested it, but it should work (changing the path, of course)

I don't know what the issue may be, that icon is 48x48, just like all the rest. Does it happen with other themes, or is it with this one only? - Aug 11 2010

the only file with that name is in /usr/lib/xfce4-weather-plugin/xfce4/panel-plugins , and when replacing it the plugin doesn't load.
I opened the file with mousepad, and it seems to be almost empty, it just says "ELF" - May 28 2010

that's because the apps put an icon of their own folders in the notification area; to me it happens with liferea, gmusicbrowser, checkgmail, and perhaps other.
about screenlets... it's strange but the icon is done, with the same name, in the right folder, but it doesn't load. If someone knows why, please let me know. - May 27 2010
