k9copy is excellent, thanks.

When I encode DVDs (PAL) to xvid or x264, and leave "keep aspect ratio" checked, I always get 720x576 as resolution. For most DVDs (16:9 DVDs), I need to set 720x405 to make it right.

The files is shown fine in mplayer, because mplayer corrects the aspect to 16:9, but my Archos 5 internet tablet is more stupid and the file is skewed.

Am I missing something, or is it a bug?

Very easy to use, thanks!

I have a question:
What would it take to make this a sync solution, i.e. to make two computers play the music synchronized at all times? This would be cool in a house or an office with several computers.

Is it a "ground up"-thing, or can someone/me use this as the base? - Jun 27 2005

Hi, great amarok script.
One issue: I have a collection with both ogg and mp3 (heritage). I sometimes create a cd with mp3 so I can play it in my car. Last night I did this and I had about 50 mp3 and just 4 ogg in my playlist.

Is it possible to skip the mp3->mp3 conversion with this script, i.e. just to convert the needed (ogg) files?
