Ahmose, it looks like I can't confirm your problem on my machine. I just installed Salience using the deb provided here, switched the theme to it (after installing MyUnity), logged out and back in, and now it works fine.

I'm not the one who made the icons :P I just packaged them and sent them to a PPA.

Now, if you want to file icon requests, please go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/fs-icons-ubuntu/+filebug and put the name of the application (e.g. StarDict) and submit it. That'll help us in keeping track of progress. Thanks! :) - Jul 06 2012

Actually, there's a PPA for the unstable builds now. Use the commands below to install the latest daily builds.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fs-icons-ubuntu/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade - Jul 03 2012
