No, it's not like ''don't use it'' will be sufficient. This is stolen material so using it without Vista licence is a crime.

Definition form dictionary what stealing means (http://webster.com/dictionary/stealing):

1 : to take the property of another wrongfully and especially as a habitual or regular practice [...]

The art in this theme is copyrighted by Microsoft. As I stated before, stealing from Microsoft is just as bad as any other theft.

This is not about Windows-like themes. Theme similiar to Windows could be nice, as nice is Windows (if it is ;). But using copyrighted material isn't nice at all. - May 16 2007

Posting this here with "GPL" is at least inappropriate.

If you want to use Vista material (which is nice indeed) then post instructions how to use this artwork from user's own copy of RedmondOS.

I love kde-look, and kde-apps, I have been using Linux witk KDE for five years on my desktop, but...

...i HATE comments such as "Why Windows look?", "It's Linux not Windows!", "We hate Windows look", "Windows look is crap". :/

Linux means freedom and power to create nice things like this theme with lot of quality details. Don't you understand? Please STOP yelling at author with the same mantra.
