I think that what developers should do is to modify the themes page in control center to suport importing of windows themes now that XFree support color & animation cursors. It would bring a lot of nice themes that u could just install in a second ! - Jan 30 2003
I hope that everaldo could find a little time to develop sime nice cursors that would go very well with keramik and cristal icons. I just can't wait for that moment to come - Jan 28 2003

kde can not have transparency, i mean true transparency until the X server does not implement one. I think that someone is implementing that stuff but untill that kde can use only fake transparency - Jun 01 2002

on red hat and i don't know on wich distributions the variable that points to the kde dir is not set so the package gets instaled in /usr/local and not in /usr. So before running the script just run this: export KDEDIR=/usr
For other distributions replace the /usr with the directory in wich kde is installed - May 29 2002

u could download the kdebase from cvs, make -f Makefile.cvs -> configure -> make in kwin directory -> make install in kwin/clients/keramik. That's it - May 28 2002
