I don't know howto unpack resourse file, but you can open it in Gedit, for exmple:
$ gedit resource:///org/gnome/adwaita/gtk-main.css - Jun 16 2012

Thank for notice. I saw this report before. This suggestion fix LO menubar but makes pop-up menu broken. And I don't know how to apply this only for LibreOffice/OpenOffice menubar

I saw what theme extension not comparability with gs 3.4. I'm use extension from repository on my Ubuntu 11.10. I hope extension on site will works soon.

It seems Gnome Shell in 3.6.1 looks for metacity themes in ~/.local/share/themes instead of in ~/.themes. Gtk still looks for themes in ~/.themes, though. As a workaround, you can symlink one of the locations to the other one.
