As you saw, I am working on my own monochrome icons and so am not interessted in colored versions. And the user is free to use your icons instead, so I see no point in including them in Oxywin.

But if you see a usecase for Oxywin with your icons included, feel free to modify my theme and put your variant her on kde-look.org. - Nov 13 2010

The problem was caused by the textbox in the buttom. It was too big so the calender table above was scaled down. This is fixed now. Thanks for pointing me to this. - Aug 28 2010

Strange thing. I tried myself with different panel-sizes and all worked. So if someone hits the bug the solution seems to just change size of panel (and change it back after that).

If someone can find a way to reproduce this bug, please fill a bug report and let me know. - Mar 16 2010

The background itself is scaled correctly but the mask for the window isn't. If desktop effects are enabled, the mask isn't used so it works fine then. I had a look at the source but cannot say why this only affects this theme. I am going to fill a bug report. - Sep 28 2009

Ok, somehow the grafik for the normal background had a wrong name. This is fixed now - Sep 26 2009

That is strange... How do you have it installed? downloaded here from kde-look.org or from desktop-settings within kde? Which version of kde do you use? - Sep 26 2009

I can reproduce it when i turn off desktop effects. seems like the background is not scaled to the size of the widget. but with effects enabled it looks good. i will take a look at it if i find some time. - Sep 24 2009

Found the problem. Plasma themes are installed by the tool plasmapkg which doesn't support bz2...So I uploaded the theme with gz compression. - Sep 17 2009

You are right. I have forgotten place the theme in a subdirectory of its name in the tar-file. This is fixed. - Sep 14 2009

The option is there, but you have to edit plasma's config.

- close plasma-desktop
- open ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc in a editor
- search for plugin=battery
you should see something like this:

Share=false

- If here is no [Configuration] Section create it
- add the line showRemainingTime=true to this Section

Improvement:
* rotate task frames in vertical mode

Please make this optional. I use a theme which drops a shadow and has a highlight and this doesn't look good when rotated. - Oct 05 2009
