is not a screenlets, is called conky and you find inside the package - Jan 19 2009

if you don't want to use my theme choose wherever theme you want and go to Compiz Settings Manager >> Window Decoration and adjusts the Shadow Radius + Shadow Opacity to get the desired shade. ;-) - Jan 11 2009

if you install my Negrox Theme for emerald you get the same shadow you see in the screenshot. ;-)
