What does that mean? I tried to copy avconvert in my desktop and home folder, but the dialogue remains.
What am I supposed to do? What's "my PATH", exactly? Thanks! - Apr 13 2010

If I perform a "normal conversion", leaving unchanged all the default ffmpeg options, the resulting .mp3 file still has no data stream.
On the other side, if I change the into "acodec-libmp3lame", the final .mp3 file doesn't even appear!
I'm truly sad :(
Anyway, thanks for your support and patience!
PS: Yes, I'm using Ubuntu 9.04!

I use Avconvert mostly for ripping off audio from YouTube videos. So .flv to .mp3.
Now the final .mp3 file appears, but when I open it, Totem says there's no data stream. It appens also in .avi to .mp3.
I've tried the new script in other convertions (.avi to .flv; .png to .jpg; .pdf to .jpg) and it worked fine...

I don't think it's a dependency problem - as I said, it used to work before the update.
Any suggestion? Help me, I can't live without this script! Thanks :) - Oct 30 2009

Just one suggestion... It would be better if the screenlet became invisible when music isn't playing... Anyway I've created a desktop shortcut so I can launch it just when I need it ;) - Aug 17 2009
