Can you add an option to replace the underlined "Adblock" label in the statusbar with a little image. I always prefer images instead of labels for extensions. They look better and take less space.
You could even make the image change when an element is blocked in the page. - May 20 2006
Gursor Maker

Cursors by cent20 17 comments

I just installed the deb on testing and it gives the same problem even after chmod'ing the /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/GursorMaker dir.

When I install it from the src package it works but it gets installed under python2.3 dir. Can someone explain how I can create a deb of my own from the src, please? - May 19 2006

In order to install it you must compile it. You do this with the following commands (after unpacking it somewhere and cd'ing there):
---------------------
make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure
make
make install
---------------------
Note: the 'make install' step requires root privileges. - May 19 2006

Please add an option to backup all removed files in a tar.bz2 file. That would be great:) - May 17 2006
Adblock Improvement

After some time I found out that Debian doesn't have cmake>2.3! So the easiest way is to download the latest binary from the official site .
Go there and download 'Linux i386'. Install it somewhere (eg. ~/cmake) and then edit adblock's build.sh and replace 'cmake' with "~/cmake/bin/cmake" while keeping the rest of that line intact! After the installation you can remove the ~/cmake dir if you want.
This way it won't touch your Debian installed cmake files:) - May 17 2006

Thanks for your nice app! One thing I'm missing from the original Kuake is the always visible bar so that I can open the window with a mouse click. It would be nice to have this option somewhere. Even a two pixel border on top of the screen would be sufficient. Thanks again:P - Oct 12 2005

First of all thanks for your nice theme. It has great potential. Please add support for UTF-8. When I have emails with non-latin characters the atom rss feed is encoded using UTF-8 () Make the default theme more transparent and with less colors. White fonts with a grey background would be great because the theme would look more consistent with the desktop (it would blend with the wallpaper). - Sep 29 2005

kconfigure

Hi! Nice work here...

I have some suggestions:
1. Could you please add support to make the last part of the proses (checkinstall etc.) as root even if the program is run as user? A pop up window asking for root password, like kdesu, is a nice solution because I want to run as root the least I can.

2. As for the checkinstall there should be some way of configuring some aspects like the package version number. I have seen that when run from a terminal it asks for these info.

3. A customizable location to store the generated deb's, rpm's etc. when they are made.

4. And at last but not least: add a wizard mode! Then your program is going to be veeeeeery great and could become a core KDE utility (even including it with the official release).

Thank you very much for Kconfigure I really like it. - Mar 17 2005
