i don't know what you want

maybe you can make this:
open the gtkrc file and search for style "panel" an put between { and } following text:

bg[NORMAL] = "#000000" - Jul 25 2008

Unpack the archiv and copy (with root/sudo) the "KDE4"-Directory to /usr/share/themes/ and active KDE4 in the Xfce-Settings - Jul 25 2008

white buttons on a black background looks not good

can you tell how i can change the color of the tasklist-buttons on the panel but not in the windows?
