To anyone wondering how to resolve potential compilation errors on Kubuntu 18.04 – here are the packages I had to install to get this to work:

sudo apt install extra-cmake-modules libkf5archive-dev libqt5xmlpatterns5-dev kio-dev libchm-dev libchm-bin

(I also installed the epub thumbnailer recently, so some of these dependencies might not be relevant for this module, but I've added them just to be sure).

To anyone facing compilation errors - here is a list of all the packages I had to install on 18.04 to get this to work:

sudo apt install extra-cmake-modules libkf5archive-dev libqt5xmlpatterns5-dev kio-dev

Seeing how this package has been available for 5 years now, I really hope that someone will finally package it up and ship it in Debian / Ubuntu. It's really amazing how many hooks users have to jump through just to get a simple thumbnailer like this working... - Apr 11 2018

Dolphin Service Menus by namroN

I've recently switched to KDE and was thinking about converting some of my older Nautilus scripts to work with Dolphin. I didn't want to duplicate any existing efforts, though, and so I set out to to see what's out there in terms of pre-made service menus. Imagine the surprise when I stumbled on your listing! If that's not serendipity, I don't know what is :).
