I tested this in SpaceFM, it doesn't appear as flat looking as the screen shot.
The small address sections of SpaceFM are slightly raised, also buttons in various apps also appear slightly raised.
I'm using GTK3 3.18
Also transmission-gtk 2.92 the toolbar gets messed up, the icons and text run into each other, meaning, the toolbar text that appears above the icons below the text are closer together. Also the drop down menus File > Edit etc... all appear in a slight brown color, where as in SpaceFM they are white, so I'm assuming menus are suppose to be white, not sure why in tranmission they appear a brown.
Same problem of the text and icons running into each other in handbrake and brown color menus instead of white.
Sorry to report, theme not working good with gtk 3.18 here... - Sep 16 2016

My layout is almost like yours, and I wanted to know, how do you get deadbeed to display the big album/art image like you have on the upper left of peter gabriel?
I'm assuming everytime you play a different artist, a different album art image appears in the upper left?

Not all distros come with 7z installed, mine doesn't, and I don't want to go through the trouble of compiling and installing it, just to test a theme.
This is Linux, not Windows, tars are the default in distros!
Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean when you say?
You can't change that text (it's also translated to your language).
What I'm trying to tell you is that the Zenity GUI still says 'Running' when it's completed and you should be able to change this so it shows it's completed? Or you're saying, there is no way to have the GUI say it's completed?

I just ran the 'change-theme' script to change a color. It showed it was running, and the progress bar was moving, but when it completed the words 'Running' were still present, it would be nice to change this to 'Completed' when it is done, otherwise it just looks like it's stuck sitting there still trying to run...

Can you please tell me if these are needed for the iconset?

Also for the sake of less clutter, you should not distribute the debian directory for those not running debian. Please make a debian iconset and a non-debian iconset to distribute. Unless this debian directory is needed for the iconset, regardless of distro...
thank you again... - Jun 09 2015
Thanks for the work,, but some wrong information you are sharing, you should correct in your README.
1. copy Clarity folder to ~/.icons or /usr/share/icons as root
You do not need to be copying icons to ~/.icons as root. Root does not need to own anything in a users $HOME, unless for security reasons the end-users wants it that way.
2. double click change-theme
Clicking on 'change-theme' does not work on all distros, so it's better to tell the end-user to run the script.
thanks again... - Jun 09 2015

So far the theme is looking pretty nice.
There are a few things I personally would like to see changed. Please install and try out the theme with SpaceFM file manager.
I don't like how the theme makes a blackline that appears vertically on the left side of menus, and horizontally across the tops of the Tabs in SpaceFM.
I'd really love to see these black lines all removed.
Also in Firefox, the toolbar menus and bookmarks, at the bottom, have no defintion, fine line outlining the bottom of these menus, so it appears to just disappear...
Keep up the good work! - May 26 2015

I know you are active in theme making, can you please consider making some flat themes in the future?
I've probably seen almost all the the GTK themes over the past 10 years and Flat Themes really do seem like a Newer Look, I'd love to see more of...

Have a look at the screen shot below;

Thank you very nice iconset!
I have one small request I hope you will plese change.
Handbrake is a Video Converter, but you have Handbrake with a Musical Note character.
Handbrake is not a musical application... :)

Nice iconset thank you, but something broke you can't generate a; icon-theme.cache
Running 'gtk-update-icon-cache' gives back;
The generated cache was invalid.
I hope you'll please fix the iconset...

Maybe in time you can do some flat themes?

And no one said anything about being against making money, it's just how you go about it is what matters.
There's a HELL of a lot of people out there that put in a HELL of a lot more work and effort into Linux on many levels that make nothing.
You want to be a Graphics Type of Artist, great, get hired by a company as a real job, making real money, then you don't need to charge for making themes.
And in reality, trying to make a living on making thmes, this is not going to be easy, next to impossible, unless you're living in a 3rd world country where you can live on a very little!
As I said the FACTS speak for themselves so I'm not going to rant on this BS any longer. The Majority do not charge people for themes, FACT! SO get over it!

I don't need any lessons in OpenSource I'm a Geek!
Funny thing, it's typically the new-end users jumping over from Mac & Windows trying to change the way the OpenSource world works, sorry it's not going to work!
Don't believe me LOOK around at what the MAJORITY do, and the MAJORITY does not charge for themes, that's a fact! So no need to babble on arguing over the facts, they speak for themself!
Oh and I'm sure you're also one of the Linux users that also uses a FREE LINUX DISTRO! Doesn't matter if you donate to it or not, most of them are FREE, because that's the SPIRIT of OpenSource!
Hell you hardly ever see anyone charging for themes in Windows, that's what's so pathetic about this! :( - Aug 19 2014

I'm sorry developers give away ENTIRE DISTROS for free and now we pay for a theme?
I'm not never sure you can do this on Gnome-look so I will report it to them...
How sad! - Aug 14 2014
Donations are typically voluntary.
Please share for free in the Spirit of OpenSource.
Linux developers out there are giving away entire distros for Free, you can certainly give themes away for free.
I've never seen anyone charge for themes until now, over 15 years in Linux...
