After installing superkaramba 0.23

$ superkaramba --version
Qt: 3.1.1
KDE: 3.1.1a
karamba: 0.22b - May 10 2003

did domine's solution

# cd /usr/lib
# ln -s /usr/lib/python2.2/config/libpython2.2.a

It works!!!! :D - Apr 20 2003

go to ~/.kde/share/autostart
if the directory is not there, you'll need to copy it from $KDEDIR (where u installed KDE)

edit kdesktop.desktop

change line
Exec=kdesktop

to

Exec=kdesktop; karamba /path/to/theme.theme & - Apr 20 2003

I think Keramik doesn't looks good for this kind of approach. You'll need to use something else, or may be, design a new stuff. Especially, change the windows deco. Make sure to use matrix screensaver. - Apr 20 2003
