AFAIK yes, kde3.4 needed.

Another example of shadows in khtml:

Yes, it's a css property called text-shadow: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/text.html#propdef-text-shadow

Safari had it for a while but konqui didn't have it until kde3.4 - May 17 2005
No, but Quartz windeco was a good start ;) - Apr 24 2005
That's not possible... yet.

The original theme that comes with amarok uses the system color. I noticed this when I used another computer and the colors changed.

In fact, the themes are just CSS files that are rendered by khtml and then send to amarok via kparts or something similar. We should need a special color in the CSS to be filled with the system colors by khtml or amarok.

I think I'm missing something... - Feb 16 2005

"i don't know if its theme's fault or amarok's fault but amarok with moderok worked much slower - i mean browsing- scrolling etc."

The fault isn't on neither amarok nor moderoK. All themes are css files that are parsed by khtml, so the problem here is when khtml parse images (the bigger the images are, the worse is). This happens, at least for me :), only when I use the nvidia propietary driver and not when using the free nvidia drive (i.e, not 3D).
Could you add this to your xorg.conf/XF86Config?

YeahH, The suse wallpapers were pretty nice. Why did they removed them for 9.3 and put a boring novell/suse logo?

I know it's very strange, but knemo does not follow the cursor theme of X11. I'm using suse9.1 with x.org, and knemo uses the default (root) cursor theme, while the rest of the system (kde,k3b,konqueror,gnome...) use the theme I chose.
Very strange...

Bug? - Jan 28 2005
I'm using suse 9.1 and utf-8 is used by default. As I'm using a spanish localized version, where I should get accents I get two signs (squares). ┬┐Will you use utf-8 in the future?

I don't know why, but all themes have the same text color: white. While this is ok with black foregorund, it's a bit difficult to see it with other colors (like this, when it's yellow) because there isn't enought contrast. Is it possible to change the text color?

BTW, Good theme! - Jan 06 2005
