First of all, kudos for your work! gnome-colors keeps getting better and better.

I just wanted to ask whether you are really convinced by the discard icon. IMHO it is too similar to the cancel icon and I often end up confusing the two. See this screenshot of a Revelation confirmation menu as an example: http://yfrog.com/17screenshotqndp.

Personally reverting the discard icon back to tango shredder is the only customization I do on top of gnome-colors.

BTW, I prefer the folders below. - May 26 2009

Kudos for your work, it keeps getting better and better!

A few comments:
-the icons for usb-creator and Tasque get changed only in the menu, not in their winwdows nor in the notification area.

-what about an icon for Dropbox in the next version? - Nov 24 2008

To start from the openoffice tango iconset and change the default icons in the two default toolbars would already be something very nice, IMO - Sep 03 2008

hi,

I hope I'm not duplication information here, but these are my suggestions:

Device icons.
Many icons are generated, but the gnome default icons do not point to them. For example gnome-dev-media-sdmmc.png do not point to media-memory-sd-mmc.png, but to the generic media-flash.png.

updates-notifier-inactive.png is not generated, therefore for example in ubuntu when you are actually updating through update manager, the icon in the tray falls back to the default icon. I don't know if there is a specific icon out there, so I simply desaturated updates-notifier.png.

Glipper icon (/usr/share/pixmaps/glipper.png) is tango, but comes only 24x24

Referencer icon (/usr/share/pixmaps/referencer.svg) instead comes only with an svg

Other applications missing tango icons:
gscan2pdf
pybliographic
amule/amulegui
partition editor

well, that's all, keep up with the good work! - Nov 30 2007

sorry, it's me again :-)

i noticed that the upper right frame in liferea is messed up as the two lines that make the frame end up one on top of the other.
I guess this happens in similarly framed windows as well.

again, very nice idea. keep improving it. - Nov 29 2007

Very nice theme! I noticed a few glitches:

1. in Synaptic the search box in the find window is not completely framed
2. in many applications (epiphany, liferea...) the arrows of the scroll bars are smaller than the actual bar.

I hope this will help to improve your work,
keep up with this good work,

Great app!

I'm using it in ubuntu gutsy, and I cannot fix a problem with emblems. Even adding all the emblems folders from the original tango theme, emblems like the read-only and the desktop ones remains really small and ugly.

Does anyone know how to fix this? - Sep 25 2007
