Why the hell did you choose proprietary? Do you think you can make some money on it? Think. You use free linux and free kde (as in freedom), or maybe you don't? So there must be a moral reason why you chose linux. Or maybe you are one of those saying "win sucks, I'll be cool and install linux" and not being able to justify their choice and why win sucks. But IF you chose linux for some more crucial reasons, distribute your stuff on similar conditions. Let it be the way you live.

One more thing: do you mean traditional "copyright" by saying "proprietary license"? If so, we can't even save your file on our hdd. - Sep 21 2006
