I really like this theme......exactly what I was looking for, would really be nice to have a little more color (white or whatever) in the background....for one, when I display against a white background, the text looks good but you can barely tell there is a background image; and two, when I use it on a dark background, at the bottom of the background image where the white fades away, you can't see the black text from the dark maybe color selection as well as more color to the background (less transparency) would be great (if I had a wishlist it would be an "Aero-G" background included :)

Cheers and thanks for a great idea...I love it and I'm using it now with a well picked desktop wallpaper....I love the fact that I don't have to start Korganizer to get a quick look at my schedule)

(ps. I also changed it from 7 days to my schedule it won't even display all entries from 3 days :) - Jan 16 2006

Various KDE 1.-4. Improvements by lucher 201 comments

Yeah....I have the exact same thing....I thought it was my system just being slow, but then I tried a fresh install of mepis on a second hard disk and was suprised to find that DVD playback was fine. So then I went through each program I have trying to figure out which was making DVD playback skip.....and I found it....mtaskbar....but I love it and don't want to go back to the old what I want to do is put MPlayer in the "exclude" list....I've tried about 100 combinations right now and can't seem to get it....for the video window of mplayer (or the whole mplayer program...I don't care) what is the "className" and "windowRole" and what exactly should I type into the "exceptions" box?? - Jun 21 2005

KDE 3.x Window Decorations by jeffreym 34 comments

I get this error at the end of running ./configure:

checking for size_t... no
checking size of size_t... 0
checking for unsigned long... no
checking size of unsigned long... 0
checking sizeof size_t == sizeof unsigned long... no
configure: error:
Apparently on your system our assumption sizeof size_t == sizeof unsigned long
does not apply. Please mail with a description of your system!

I assumed it was a prob with KDE-dev libs and updated them with no luck. Has anyone seen do I fix it..or bypass it (it's not the first time I've seen it)

Any help greatly appreciated. - Feb 20 2005
