Screensavers by carstenw42 55 comments

Hey, don't worry, you can still manually add the old screensaver to kde4. Just look at the desktop files for screensavers once you've installed kde4 and then adjust one to start sss. I've done it before and it worked fine. - Mar 19 2009

Amarok 1.x Scripts by attendant 126 comments

Ah, great! I love OpenSource!
No _I_ thank _you_ for this great program and your help. The automatic transcoding feature is what makes amarok superior to anything else for me for music management.

For anybody wondering if this doesn't change how the files on the media player device are named - it doesn't. They're transfered afterwards.

For anybody wondering how to exactly fix this:
Go to script management, configure transkode, choose the amarok TTMD profile you need, input something like this into the naming scheme:
Quote:/home/$USER/transKode/titlecase{%{artist} - %{album} - %{track##} - %{title}}.lowercase{%{dst_ext}}
and -important- click on save profile (next to the profile name).

Amarok 1.x Scripts by attendant 126 comments

transfer to device.

I love the script, but it's really annoying that it creates Folders in my ~ and doesn't delete them after conversion.
If the folders were at least in a subfolder, so I can delete everything in there, but this way I always have to look through everything to filter out the empty folders and get rid of them.
