Other question: does somebody knows how the package for this widget is called in Kubuntu? I installed the widget from the menu, but it seems the version is fixed on that wich was available when I installed - Feb 12 2019
Very complete widget, thanks for sharing your work!
I really like that for Google Calendar events the widget shows the Hangouts "link" to go to the meeting, Could it be possible to add something similar for when the meeting is with Google Meet or with Zoom? - Feb 12 2019

Thanks for your reply.
I'm a Java developer, and I know CWP is written in C; I could, if you wish, help you implementing that change; if so please let me know and point me some documentation about the Architecture of this software that you have created.

Hi, this is a great plasmoid, I'm using it at work and at home.
I think a good configuration option would be allowing the user specify at what specific minute of the hours should the weather information be updated. For instance (and good default), at 15 minutes after each hour. This is because most of the providers don't publish the new data before that time, and because if I set the update frecuency to "60 minutes", it ussualy happens that i start the PC, say for instance at 8:50, so next update will be at 9:50, having the data unupdated for at least 50 minutes.

I've manged to solve one of the problems:
editing ~/.kde/share/config/konsolerc I changed the DefaultProfile.

I post this solution here because I hope that it may be helpful for somebody.

Thanks for clarifying that!
I'll be reporting the bug on http://bugs.kde.org/

Sorry, I've forgotten to give more info:
I'm using Kubuntu 9.10, with:
yakuake --version
Qt: 4.5.2
KDE: 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2)
Yakuake: 2.9.6
- Nov 05 2009
Hi, Yakuake is really useful for me.

I'd like to report a bug:
I'm able to create a profile, and the profile is correctly persisted after quiting yakuake and then restarting.
But when I choose some profile as "Default" and quit yakuake (with the "x" button on the bottom-right part of the window), after restarting, the profile is always the yakuake's default.
It also happens that if I choose in the "Manage Profiles" window that certain profiles be showed in the "Profile Menu" (context-menu: Change Profile), when I restart yakuake, it doesn't remember my choices.
I guess is all the same bug.

Best Regards and thans a lot for this great piece of software! - Nov 05 2009
