As an update, I have 3 instances of this running when it starts up. - May 25 2007
Its any 'update' that this occurs. I can add apps without issue though. So, I've been removing them and re-adding them in its place.

What 'may' be the cause is that I created partitions for /, /boot, /usr.. etc. I had to amend the 'autostart' shortcut for it to load on start.

Might that be it? Might I have to make uninstall, then reinstall with a switch?

Not sure of that. - May 10 2007
got this going on my new 10.2 suse build (long time user on 10, tks).

Nice work on the transparency.

I've an issue with it locking up when 'updating' a command, or icon. Just locks up and uses all avail memory and cpu cycles.

I can reproduce this each time.

Linux 2.6.18.2-34-default i686
openSUSE 10.2 (i586)
KDE: 3.5.6 "release 77.1" - May 07 2007

I know the author has said previously he's been unable to create the needed code for a systray to be included (no knock on the author at all). He's asked for suggestions but, to the best of my knowledge, none have been forthcoming.

I've also noticed the icon name remaining on occassion.
I'd like to make the clock a little more configurable (date/s, 24/12 hr time... day's... etc).

Still, a nice app. - Aug 04 2006
Is there a 'way' to rename the desktops to match what I've named them in control centre? - Jul 27 2006
:P

Thanks a bunch. - Jul 20 2006
:P

I don't see that, nor in pref's. Is it added via the edit menu? - Jul 19 2006
Thanks for the fine tool. :D
Many of us use multiple desktops, is there any method to run an applet that would allow one to choose which desktop to use? Only alternative is to open desktop previewer panel and choose that way.
PS - great news about the work on the placement options. - Jul 19 2006

I've since discovered why my grub boot screen was missing... kcmbootsplash, althought not installing properly, still made it to the control centre.
Problem is, make uninstall isn't removing the application, and there is no documentation giving direction on how to do so. No search proves fruitful. Nothing in yast, nothing in konqueror and nothing on the website.
Can the author please provide detail instructions on how to remove this from SuSE 10 pls. - Aug 02 2006
Under SuSE 10.0.1 with KDE 3.5.3, and using the prefix switch you suppplied.. I get the following under make...

Makefile:836: warning: overriding commands for target `clean-bcheck'
Makefile:814: warning: ignoring old commands for target `clean-bcheck'
Makefile:841: warning: overriding commands for target `bcheck-am'
Makefile:819: warning: ignoring old commands for target `bcheck-am'
Makefile:873: warning: overriding commands for target `clean-bcheck'
Makefile:836: warning: ignoring old commands for target `clean-bcheck'
Makefile:878: warning: overriding commands for target `bcheck-am'
Makefile:841: warning: ignoring old commands for target `bcheck-am'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.

Ideas? - Jul 25 2006

Again, another nice system type theme that is not configurable (grayed out). Perhaps adding a 'how to' would help. - Jul 23 2006

A nice sysmetrix theme ported from winblows. Unfortunately not configurable.
Looking forward to new version. - Jul 20 2006

When compiling, the following was found to be missing from install (kdelibs). Perhaps this useful tool doesn't support KDE v 3.5x. - Jul 19 2006
