Really awesome. I don't even look at the wonderful wallpaper, I'm talking about the very essential and elegant layout.
I'd really love to use your GDM theme for the next OpenGEU GDM theme, but I'm going to change the wallpaper of course. The only problem is that I'd need the userlist version! When will it be available for all resolutions?
Thanks for creating this in any case :) - Apr 30 2009

Hi, the theme looks superb from the shot but I cannot make it work... When I set it, I only see a basic gray theme. The no theme theme :(
How is it possible? - Mar 17 2009

Wow, peobably the most elegant GTK theme I've ever seen in my life man. Incredible. Awesome. I love it. Can you please contact me via mail? I'm the OpenGEU Linux distro leader, I'd love to develop e17 versions of your themes. You know, OpenGEU is always about Sunshine and Moonlight and these themes just fit the spirit and are incredibly elegant and nice looking.

Yeah, we can all use gamma correction / saturation, but leaving this alone, why would this ever have to be posted in E17-Stuff? That is, what has it to do with E17 at all?? - Jun 11 2008

Karamba & Superkaramba by Heinze 13 comments

That's a really great work! And we do need tools with fake effects / reflections afterall. I mean, we all love compiz and a lot of others composition managers but some computers can't afford a real 3D acceleration, or they can but it is too heavy for them. This kind of solution is nice on the eye, very very easy on the CPU and... coool!! Very very good work. - Mar 19 2008

I like the colors, even if it is just a mod of the default theme. The colors are very nice, looks like a frozen desktop :) - Jan 26 2008

Please tell me how to I create such an effect :) - Jan 26 2008

Hm... not sure I got what you mean. I used Gimp, setted it to take a screenshot after 10 seconda and then started the plugin. Did it solve your problem?
And thanks for the compliments :) - Sep 19 2007

I downloaded it and tryed it just to see how it works and wow! It's incredible how you managed to simulate an exact feeling of Windows XP! This even works like the XP login! Very nice, guess there's a good coding in it too! - Aug 14 2007

Nice, wonder if this violates MS copyrights... you know, the graphic you used are those designed by Windows, with no mercy. unfortunately, not everyone leaves in the home of freedows :D!
I don't care about your eventual legal issues, aniway, this is a good cameleon transformation for GDM and i once more proves how powerful and customizable Linux is. Nice work! - Aug 14 2007
Art Of Cappuccino Full Theme Package!

Various KDE 1.-4. Styles by darkmaster171280 10 comments

Hi, it's submitted in Gnome Look too but this works and is designed for KDE too, you can find in the package a KDE Color scheme and even a QTCurve, for this purpose. Then again, I posted the entire package on opendesktop.org so it applies to any Linux and Open Desktop in general, be it XFCE, Gnome or KDE :D
Do you agree now? - Aug 14 2007

OK, XP sucks but it is because of people like you if it still exists and wins. Poor little kids without any idea what they write. I hate XP ad I don't like this splash cause it is XPish but a lot of people may need it for several reasons. You should wait until you're 18 before you post insults in the community you immature bimbo.... - Aug 11 2007

Hi, keep it up with Gimp, it may be hard for the first times and sure it hasn't got half the power of Photoshop but it is free, it doesn't cost hundreds of$ and with a little effort it'll give you some great rewards! ;D - Aug 11 2007
Wow, thanks! Said by you it is a great joy for me :) I really love your LightCoffee Theme, it is my preferred one by now and I really think it kinda gives that incredible sense of relax and peace and... earth :) I'll soon post a screenshot of my desktop with your theme and my modification to emerald running.

You have an incredible taste in colors and all the rest and I really like your style. Could you please look also for LightKoffe? It is a port of your theme I've created for KDE applications to look nice into GNOME using the normal LightCoffe. Well, have a look at it, it kinda looks identic to the real LightCoffe :) Now my KDE apps are infact perfectly integrated with the gnome apps... you can tell one is a KDE application only by the fact that the File, Options, etc. bar is not dark brown :( And that's a pity because I didn't find a way to set this color in a KDE color scheme or style :( But for the rest, it is the max I could do to integrate KDE with Light Coffe ;)

That's why it is LightKoffee with the "K"... - Jul 04 2007

Yes, as for the graphic it is really badly realized but... I don't like the concept too... it looks like the Linux community is something destructive against every other community or people... and it is not. Look at the fire with Linux written in it.... sorry, I really don't like a thing about this :( - Jul 04 2007

Hi, I really like your Color Scheme and voted for it but I have a question. How do I create a Color Scheme? I try to do it in Kcontrol but when I save the Color scheme, even if it is memorized in Kcontrol, I can't find it aniway in a real folder. So I cannot really export it.... what can I do? How did you export yours? - Jul 03 2007

LIF - BERYL animated skydome

Beryl/Emerald Themes by REONxsp 7 comments

Escuse my ignorance... what's the difference beetween the 2 files? What does the longitude latitude format has different from the other one? I don't get it. And why do you say it is an "Animated skydome"? It is a skydome, right? If you activate the animated option is another staff... I gues... or am I wrong and missing something? Thanks! - Apr 01 2007
