First of all, you need to have the bespin widget style installed (available here: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Bespin?content=63928). After that you will need to open "System Settings -> Appearance -> Style" and set the widget style to bespin. You may then click the "Configure" which will open the configuration dialog for the Bespin decoration. From here you may use the Import button to load the "Smoked Glass Bespin.bespin" config file into the decoration. - Oct 26 2010

Hmm now that you mention it, yes this does require bespin from svn and I believe ENABLE_ARGB must also be set to ON in the cmake options before you compile for it to work. I'll update the description to mention this. Once you've got it installed, the options for translucency can be found in the bespin config dialog under the 'Windows' tab. - Jul 16 2010
