Hi,
dragging with blank space is ok, but it's too sensitivie - e.g. I'm using Download Status Bar extension and it's nearly impossible to click any button on this bar (e.g. "clear"), because it's drag the window instead. This is very, very annoying.
Anyway, thanks for great work - your theme should comes as part of Kubuntu's Firefox installation process. - Jul 14 2011

Maybe because it's easier to just hit <F4> than using cluttered context menu? I mean after all you're opening terminal so you're going to use keyboard anyway. I can't find the reason why anyone wouldn't prefer shortcut over context menu. So can you explain to me, what is so exciting in this?
- May 27 2010
Thanks! I will try to upload this theme ASAP.
- Feb 24 2009
Wow! Nice to hear that.
- Jun 30 2006
Maybe in the next release.
- Apr 17 2008
Thanks for appreciate. Took me a while to do this.
- Mar 31 2008
You should submit this (on bugs.kde.org) to include by default in Oxygen icon theme.

Nice to see it. Actually I'm currently thinking of making BC Tango a two part icons set - core CC BY-SA part and additional GPL icons part, so maybe I will include those icons in GPL part.
- Jul 10 2007
I would rather not, because there are to many missing icons in 32x32 and above sizes.
- May 27 2007
This is just SuperKaramba theme; I can publish it, if you want.
- Apr 12 2007
This is weird, because I've tested theme on Kubuntu 6.10 (Edgy Eft), and everything looks ok.
- Dec 13 2006
which menu? KMenu or apps menu? Everything looks ok on my computer.
- Dec 13 2006
Heh! It's funny, because I currently work on this:) and I promise: there will be a lot of folders in next release.
- Oct 16 2006
Sorry, but no. Flamenco tries not to interfere with Tango and those icons are comes from there.
- Oct 03 2006
I will probably do regular Tango version, when this one will be more complete than now. It should be easy, because basically it's only a matter of changig folder icons.
- Sep 09 2006
Yes, it looks like a kcontrol have some problems with symlinks. You have to manually extract archive to ~/.kde/share/icons and it should works.
Next release (coming soon) will reduce (maybe to 0) number of symlinks in icon theme. - Sep 06 2006

Which distribution you are using?
Someone report me missing icons on toolbars in Gentoo;
Everything works here:

Is it GPL or CC? Because unfortunately I can't include GPL'd icons in CC BY-SA icon set.

thank you all, for positive feedback

I supose it's a permission problem.

I'm afraid that it's not possible - check Mozilla-icons license.

Hi!
Could you change icon path in amarokFS.desktop? Currently the path is /usr/share/icons/amarokFS.png which make impossible to use icons from additional theme (for example I did icon for my BC Tango KDE icon theme). Please change it to "Icon=amarokFS" and move default icon to crystalsvg or hicolor folder. - Mar 23 2007

This wallpaper is using (as part of it's background) "waterdrop" wallpaper from OSX. As fair as I know, Apple backgrounds ain't GPL, so your wallpaper also can't be GPL.

Sorry, it's only a joke. There's no such song, but maybe some day...;).
- Oct 16 2006
Unfortunatelly, I already did (through bugs.kde.org), and they told me that this isn't part of Amarok, but scripts for Amarok, and they don't take feature request for scripts, so I'm a little confused, because I really don't now where we should ask for this.
- Sep 17 2006
I know, but it's the best choice I could found.
- Sep 13 2006
I think it would look better if you replace the white smomke at the top with less contrasting color.

Great! Free Software and free culture are just amazing. I mean, I just post it on kde-look and you already changing it and creating your own vision of my work. It's fantastic.
- Apr 13 2006
Thanks for your help with hosting. I'm really glad that you like my work.
- Apr 13 2006
Where did you get this photo? Is it GPL? I doubt. So first one: splash can't be GPLed and second: if it's not GPL it definitely won't be Amarok Splash
- Oct 19 2004
Change license-it can't be GPL, because you took Apple artists work (probably without they permision) which AFAIR isn't GPLed.
- Sep 24 2004
I like it, but it would look better if you would make it bolder ("KPDF" and "serpentintes").
- Sep 16 2004
It's fantastic-so warm and optimistic. IMHO orange should be default colour scheme in KDE.
- Apr 04 2004
I don't know why oder people chosed "bad", but I did it, because (in my opinion) it's just ugly. It should have different colors and be more "clean", because it's hard to read anything from it (my poor eyes).
- Apr 03 2004
In your way of thinking we also don't need nice ksplash (we see it only few seconds everytime), bootsplash (the same reason), lilo image and many other things. And there are lot of person who really don't need this-terminal is enough for them. And that's OK. But many people (for example me:-)) want to have not only fast, stable, flexible etc. OS, bu also beautfil. If you don't need nice KDM you can also login from text console:-D.
Ps. I will soon post new images, because I'm sick of hearing that it's too "XPish", smilar to Microsoft etc. I think it's wallpaper that I used on first image fault. For me it's more similar to GDM. - Mar 22 2004

Because it's "showcase" of environment. If you will see something beautiful you will want to see what is next (so will login). Imagine that you see 4 computers & you are never saw any OS. On first computer you have GDM, on second MacOSX login screen, on third WinXP login screen, and on fourth you have KDM. Which computer will you chose?
- Mar 21 2004
old looking login manager can be made as theme for new KDM:-)

It's easy-most people don't need sources so why they should download it? And disk space that you get on kde-look.org also isn't big. I'm also publisher on kde-look and I'm really rare add sources to my artworks, but If anyone ask for it I'm sending it to him.

you post your screenshot twice
- Mar 07 2004
maybe if you're preoccupied with other thing, we could start Github project? That way everyone would be able to contribute and release compatible version more quickly. What do you think? - Jan 27 2013
