Kima - kicker monitoring applet

When the panel is set to auto-hide, transparency doesn't seem to work under the text.

Small suggestion, it might be nice to display the current performance profile or an abreviation. Thanks, great software. - Mar 22 2007

I still get an 'invalid user name or password' error. For some reason, it works if I start it from the command line. If it's started from the k-menu, or as part of a kde session, it won't log in. - Nov 30 2005

If it turns blue, it's logged in. If you're using firefox, change the command to 'firefox gmail.com'. If you have previously clicked the 'don't ask for password' button, it will log you in. - Apr 08 2005

Very nice theme.

I'm getting > 100% memory for a singe entry (kdeinit). Is that just a problem with top, or can it be fixed?

Thanks. - Mar 25 2005

I recompiled, and I actually got the error on compile (I didn't notice it before). Here's the full error.

BasKet Note Pads

Utilities by kelvie 347 comments

The reason I would want an 'always on top' entry, is for something you would need all the time, like a link to the project directory for what you working on.

The idea for sorting is not to necessarily enforce a default, but let the user choose the default for all new baskets.

Thanks, and again great app.

BasKet Note Pads

Utilities by kelvie 347 comments

I love this app. I've never found a note taking programme that's even close to this good.

1. It would be nice to be able to add a todo list within a basket, instead of as a seperate basket.

2. It would be nice to freeze the position of an item. For example, you might want a link to a folder to always be at the top of a basket.

3. Set default sort order for new baskets. I like new items on top.

Thanks,

You need opengl support. Type glxinfo|less, and look for 'Direct Rendering'. If you don't have it, you need to get it. I'm not sure how to do that on debian. It will depend on your graphics card. - Aug 26 2004

I switched from Xfree86 to Xorg and everything is fine. I probably had opengl support configured incorrectly before.

The binary clock without the transparent background is a solid black square. The qt3 texture example compiles and runs fine. My opengl driver is radeon (i think). By the way, I'm running kde 3.3 beta but hopefully that wouldn't cause a problem. - Aug 04 2004

The clock shows up as a black square for me. I have opengl support (glxgears works fine). Any ideas how to debug this?

I installed the theme, but there are no lights. This is the output of cat /proc/net/wireless

Any ideas what might be causing this?
