XFCE/XFWM4 Themes 7 comments
I was already considering setting some time aside to do that, so making a red version is more motive to do so. Will update when ready.

I have not, at this time, branched into KDE themes- Theme should work on Mate, but I have not yet made a Cinnamon Desktop theme to accompany it .
I have not updated or looked these over in a while, so they may need some work- Please let me Know if you find anything wrong with the theme.

border: 0px solid #000000;
Either delete that snippet from the .css or Comment it out with /* at the start of that snippet and */ at the end of that snippet and it will then fallback to the Tooltip snippet on line 55. Hope this helps. - Feb 14 2020
Thanks, Panisawesome:) - Feb 14 2020
I can teach you how to do the same, but it is a bit tedious and time consuming.
You do have another option: Theme directly into the menu (Though you will not get the larger Window Image as easily.
Please let me know if you are using XFCE 4.14 or 4.12. If you like, I can see if I can create a Custom Whiskermenu theme for you and put it up for download. :) - Feb 10 2020

Do you change the line 51 in your gtk.css from #808080 to another color? - Jan 01 2020
I tried this on three separate machines with the same results. Without being able to replicate it, I am uncertain as to a fix. However, there comes to mind one possibility: I know that with Firefox, sometimes if the Browser is preinstalled or installed prior to the theme, it will not pick up all the elements. I installed Chrome after the theme was installed in order to run these tests. Uninstalling and re-installing resolves. Do not Fully Uninstall (rm rf) just a basic remove without purge (to keep presets and browser config) and then reinstall.
I cannot change the theme or add to the theme if it is showing as working correctly. Please update if this works or not. - Dec 29 2019
Normally, I would just make the change for you and I can if you like. But this is one value only, not a lot of changing and is one that you have complete control over so I wanted to give you the freedom of choosing the background color you like best under your own control, first. - Dec 28 2019
Certain issues with both FireFox and Chrome, I have not yet figured out how to change. But maybe I can find this one quickly.
I don't recall using #808080 but then, seriously, I sling so many hex colors around doing this... Go from CopperDeck to Azenis to Prowler and I find I am rattling off hex colors in my sleep. Let me check on that, as well. If you can give about two days. - Dec 28 2019

Apps are a never-ending rabbit hole because there will always be missing icons for all the apps out there. It got to where trying to predict what apps people MAY be on others computers was more trying than it was worth, especially when I must know the exact name of each icon even if it is one I never use For example, the gnome-software icon is not named "gnome-software." It is named "Org.gnome,Software.png and is case sensitive. Synaptic icon is Case sensitive as is Thunar.
Let me see about adapting a Chrome and Opera icon- can you name any others? - Jan 01 2020
Vertex Dark was my first gtk3 theme on 3.18. - Dec 30 2019
