Great, so many variants, I love the fact that it doesn't have too be always in "full black" mode, but you can set a scheme with a better contrast. Plus all color schemes are very well adjusted. There are very few dark themes that aren't too dark for me. This one has some great options that are much more readable that typical black theme. - Jan 04 2020

and #808080 is one of the "main" colors, the one that is used for backgrounds in file manager etc (at least according to Gpick (a cool color picker app) this is the right hex number).

take it easier, this is not a payed service. Take a break if you need, or move to a different project for a while. You will keep progressing with your knowledge , you could later use it in some web development as well. I am on similar path, trying to learn new things (css, js) but it is not always easy. - Dec 28 2019
thanks for your update. I can confirm that is more readable by now. I find that #808080 color not the most pleasant to my eye, maybe you can tweak it a little bit if that is not against your design concept. Also, on chrome-stable (deb package), all menu elements are displayed with black font and they get highlighted black on hover. Other that that, pretty cool theme. :) - Dec 28 2019

I like this one, it is something between light and dark theme- something that is very hard to find for xfwm. But there is not enough contrast between light gray backgrounds and white fonts- I think this is something against good design practices. There also other imperfections, also contrast related stuff. Anyway, this could be really good with some changes/ fixes. Thanks. - Dec 25 2019

one of my favorite themes for xfce: it is very clean, not to dark, and it sets the right window decorations for gnome apps, making the whole desktop look very consistent. My only issue is that the accent colors (harvest, patina and the rest ) are not getting applied to the workspace switcher on the xfce panel. Instead, selected workspace always stays dark gray, what makes it hard to see on which workspace I currently am. - Dec 25 2019

one of the best theme I've seen for xfce, and I tested plenty of them. You could add some more neony colors- like dark blue, or dark green. Great combinations of deep black, grey, and neon colors. Works well across all apps I've tested so far. Plus it is not to dark overall, and that makes it very usable in bright light too. - Jul 09 2019
