Description:

These plugins allow you to listen to various audio streaming services in VLC.
Currently supported services:
- Bandcamp
- Soundcloud

Note: all of these plugin files require ( http://regex.info/code/JSON.lua ) to be downloaded to VLC/lua/modules/JSON.lua
Note: theres a very little chance that the plugin won't recognize some URLs. Please report those.

Note: for Soundcloud to work properly, you must remove soundcloud.luac already present in the VLC/lua/playlist folder, otherwise it'll interfere with my plugin.

If your browser shows the file as text, press 'CTRL + S' to save the file.

I have finally reclaimed my account, and updated all plugins. I also included the Bandcamp plugin which I made alongside the Soundcloud plugins, but didn't really release it.

NOTICE TO ALL VISITORS: This parser is OUT OF DATE and the original source doesn't exist anymore!

I asked @ra101 to update and re-release the script.

If you want to get the (not working) old parser, samkatakouzinos mirrored it as a gist (I also have a copy):

Destination for the parser file (local):
GNU/Linux: /home/$USER/.local/share/vlc/lua/playlist/soundcloud.lua
Windows: C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Roaming\vlc\lua\playlist\soundcloud.lua

VLC can play single songs by default. If you provide it a playlist link it will play the first song.

threw the files into C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\playlist but it's unable to even play a single track from Soundcloud.
