How do you enable a cursor theme?

It's easy, you have to go with GNOME System>Preferences>Aspect And do drag&Drop click Apply theme and That's it!

There is no Aspect file.

Ops...
is System>Preferences>Appearance open a "Appearance Preferences" Drag&Drop mouse theme or icons theme .tar.gz, and accept the "apply new theme", but exist another Method to open "Appearance Preferences", if you click right-mouse-button and select "Change Desktop Background", you open GUI "Appearance Preferences", select Theme tab, and drag-drop theme.
