Description:

Finally a command that works on multiple files, even if they include spaces, and even on the Dolphin File Manager.

For Thunderbird just replace icedove with thunderbird...

First add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/david.edmundson/ppa/ubuntu karmic main restricted universe multiverse

The easiest way to do this: from the terminal type "sudo kate /etc/apt/sources.list"

Start synaptic or your habitual package manager. Hit reload or update. Then install kservicemenueditor.
Start the service menu editor by typing "servicemenueditor" in a terminal and follow the simple instructions.
The line I provide goes into the last field. It's pretty straightforward...
